Intro to TRAIN
New to strength training? Our Intro to TRAIN class is the perfect starting point. You'll learn the fundamentals of proper form, how to use equipment safely, and build the confidence you need to jump into our signature TRAIN and LIFT classes. Whether you're brand new or just need a refresher, this class bridges the gap between personal training and group fitness so you feel strong, supported, and ready to go.

Intro to STEP
Heard about our step classes but not sure where to start? Intro to Step is a beginner-friendly class that teaches you the core moves and rhythms of step aerobics. You’ll get comfortable with the basics so you can crush your first STEP or STEP & SCULPT class without missing a beat. No experience needed—just bring your energy.
